I had the honour to conduct a group dynamic training in Moscow with two training colleagues at the beginning of July. Asked by the German-Russian Forum for 30 Russians who had studied in Germany. I was really excited to travel to this completely foreign country for the first time - with all my prejudices. And with the question of whether these people with their history need such training.
I was touched and impressed by how these people came into direct and open contact with us, tried themselves out, jumped over their shadows and gained completely new insights in their interpersonal togetherness.
Me too: from a group dynamic point of view, there were no cultural differences. People simply tick the same tick in their original needs: to be effective, to belong and to be loved.
